Assuming a $109m salary cap, here are the numbers I have for exceptions and max contracts:
luxury tax 132m, apron 138m
0-6yr max starting salary $27.3m. with max raises that is 4/$117.2m or 5/158 with bird rights
7-9 years of experience is $32.7m. 4/140.6 or 5/189.7m
10+ $38.2m year 1. 4/164m or 5/221.3m
"full" or Non-taxpayer MLE $9.2m up to 4/39.8m
mini mid-level is $5.7m, up to 3/~18m
BAE 3.6m or 2/7.4m
room exception 4.8m or 2/9.8m
You can also divide up your mid-level exception among multiple players
