It's quite chaotic with basically 3 teams bidding for the same 8 guys, so please forgive me if this is somehow imperfect!
Russ 3 yrs, 36M, 5% raises and last year PO (pushed by 3 yrs, 36M and last year PO)
Victor Oladipo 3 years, 16m per
Duncan Robinson signs offer sheet from 15M, 4 yrs - only holds EBR so can't match.
(Gilbert Arenas Provision doesn't apply since Robinson played some games IRL in 2018-19.)
Kyle Kuzma signs an offer sheet from 15M, 3+1 TO yrs - matches (to be delayed)
Lauri Markkanen signs an offer sheet from 15M, 3+1 TO yrs - has 48 hours to match
Since all Jrue Holiday offers are way below market value (once Russ signed and became capped at 21m), I hope it's fair to assume a human-controlled would have offered at least the necessary 3 years, 26.5m (pushed by 3 years, 25.5m) while renouncing Kieff and Matthews. I am however open to reconsider if (provided Markkanen gets matched) Joni and others find this unfair.
Allen signs offer sheet from 3 years 20m per +PO - matches
At this point, while both and have slightly more cap space left, neither (somewhat understandably) wanted to discuss a guaranteed 3rd year for the 35yo Kyle Lowry, so instead he'll gladly take a slight discount at (3y 17.5m +5%), because it comes with that golden 3rd year PO. (Opt out if it's the CP3 scenario all over again, opt in if happily retired.)
also follow with the backup in Ricky Rubio 10472684 10,996,318 11,519,952 PO
Devonte Graham 5 yrs, 16 per (edging 18 18 18 since it's rather unclear if he's any good)
Marcus Smart 20 20
Spencer Dinwiddie 4 years, 15m +8% (pushed by 15M with +5% and also 4 yrs) delayed
Brook Lopez 14m/year 3 years incl. TO (pushed by 2 years 13m per)
Dennis Schroder 2 years, 10.5m +5% raise (pushed by MLE +PO)
It's now time for to evaluate how to spend their remaining cap space, and then we'll move over to the MLE territory.
